The aim of the “First Grant / First Text” program is to support the publication and grant potential of less experienced staff by completing the research or starting new ones – in one of two dimensions:
(1) submission of the first individual grant application to the NCN, NPRH or FNP
or
(2) publishing a publication in a foreign journal indexed in the Scopus database (in at least the 50th percentile of journals) in English. The journal should also be important for the evaluation procedures according to the MEiN score (minimum 70 points).
The call provides for the award of 40 grants in the amount of up to PLN 20,000 (a maximum of PLN 800,000).
The duration of the grant is maximum of 18 months.
