There are currently four funding programs at the IAS:

“The Bonus for Seniors Program”

to support the most research-productive academics in social sciences and humanities (HUMSOC) who completed their PhD more than ten years ago, as part of a wider program at AMU for the five major Priority Research Areas (POBs).

“The Bonus for Seniors Program”

Ongoing, 20 academics selected for 2020-2022 (24 months).

“The Bonus for Juniors Program”

to support the most research-productive academics in social sciences and humanities (HUMSOC) who completed their PhD within the past ten years, as part of a wider program at AMU for the five major Priority Research Areas (POBs).

“The Bonus for Juniors Program”

Ongoing, 20 academics selected for 2020-2022 (24 months).

“The First Grant/First Paper Program”

to support academics in social sciences and humanities (HUMSOC) to have their first grant applications sent to selected national sponsors of research (NCN, NPRH, FNP) or their first papers in Scopus sent to selected academic journals.

“The First Grant/First Paper Program”

Selection in progress, 40 academics will be selected for 2021-2022 (18 months).

“IAS Invited Lecture Series Program”

to organize a series of lectures by eminent scholars under the auspices of the IAS. The lectures will take place in the academic year 2021-2022 in an online format.

“IAS Invited Lecture Series Program”

Selection in progress, up to 15 IAS lecture series will be supported in 2021-2022.
